I'm having problems viewing videos, how do i fix this?
Solution
Certain videos may not play on your system depending on what version of video player you are using and your operating system. You might be using a media player that does not currently support our codecs or type of compression used to make our videos.
Windows operating systems has settings that tell your computer which software to use when opening up a computer file. If these settings are incorrect the video you are trying to view may open up in a media player that cannot support that format.
Videos are in windows media player format. If you have problems viewing the videos, download the latest codecs for DIV X here:
http://www.divx.com/divx/
Don't have the latest version of windows media player? Download here!

Still having problems viewing the videos? Please try using Netscape 7.1 or higher and be sure to
contact us
if this should not work.
Also try downloading the videos on to your hard drive and viewing them locally by RIGHT clicking your mouse on the video link and selecting the option "save target as".
