I'm having problems viewing videos, how do i fix this?
Solution
  • Certain videos may not play on your system depending on what version of video player you are using and your operating system. You might be using a media player that does not currently support our codecs or type of compression used to make our videos.
  • Windows operating systems has settings that tell your computer which software to use when opening up a computer file. If these settings are incorrect the video you are trying to view may open up in a media player that cannot support that format.
  • Videos are in windows media player format. If you have problems viewing the videos, download the latest codecs for DIV X here:
    http://www.divx.com/divx/
  • Don't have the latest version of windows media player? Download here! http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/default.aspx
  • Still having problems viewing the videos? Please try using Netscape 7.1 or higher and be sure to contact us if this should not work.
  • Also try downloading the videos on to your hard drive and viewing them locally by RIGHT clicking your mouse on the video link and selecting the option "save target as".
